HEBU-Container sind aus einer speziellen, eloxierten Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt. Sie gewährleistet, bedingt durch ihre hohe thermische Leitfähigkeit, eine optimale Trocknungsphase. Alle HEBU-Container sind stapelbar, wodurch Platz und Lagerprobleme kein Thema mehr sind. Alle Deckel können in 6 verschiedenen Farben geliefert werden. Im Deckelrand ist rundum eine Silikondichtung eingelassen, sie garantiert eine absolute Dichtheit während und nach dem Sterilisationsprozess. Die Filterhalterung mit integrierter Silikondichtung sorgt für einen festen und sicheren Sitz des Filters (keimdicht). Der Sicherheitsverschluss der Filterhalterung ermöglicht einen schnellen und komfortablen Filterwechsel. HEBU-Container verfügen über mehrere Möglichkeiten der Kennzeichnung. Durch einfaches Einschieben von Etiketten in die dafür vorgesehenen, mit einer Federsicherung ausgestatteten Schlitze, kann jeder Container individuell beschriftet werden. Um den Container vor unberechtigtem Öffnen zu schützen, kann ein Sicherheitssiegel am Öffnungsgriff angebracht werden, das automatisch zerbricht, sobald der Container geöffnet wird. > GB Our containers comply with the standard Norm ISO 11607-1 and AAMI ST77 and guarantee a maximum of user-friendliness. By simple insertion of the labels in a specified slot, which is equipped with a safety spring, each container can be individually marked. Ogni contenitore puo essere etichettato individualmente semplicemente inserendo le etichette negli slot provvisti di chiusura. Les conteneurs HEBU offrent plusieurs possibilites de marquage. II est possible de proceder au marquage individuel de chaque conteneur par simple insertion d'etiquettes dans les fentes dotees d'un dispositif de securite a ressort prevues a cet effet. Afin de proteger le conteneur contre l'ouverture non autorisee, il est possible de poser sur la poignee d'ouverture des scelles de securite qui se rompent des que l'on ouvre le conteneur. Un joint d'etancheite en silicone insere dans le bord du couvercle surtout son pourtour garantit une etancheite absolue pendant et apres le processus de sterilisation. Le porte-filtre a joint d'etancheite en silicone integre assure une assise solide et s0re du filtre (hermetique aux germes). Le porte-filtre est dote d'un dispositif de fermeture de securite permettant un changement de filtre rapide et confortable. > E Nuestros contenedores se ajustan al estandar Norm ISO 11607-1 y AAM I ST77 y por lo tanto garantizan la maxima facilidad de uso. Los contenedores HEBU estan elaborados con una aleaci6n especial de aluminio anodinado. Esta garantiza una fase de secado 6ptima condicionada por su elevada conductibilidad termica. Todos los contenedores HEBU son apilables, por lo que desaparecen los problemas de espacio y almacenamiento. Todas las tapas pueden suministrarse en 6 diferentes colores. Sistema de contenedores de esterilizaci6n. Los contenedores HEBU disponen de varias posibilidades de caracterizaci6n. Mediante la sencilla introducci6n de etiquetas en una ranura concebida para ello con seguro elastico se puede rotular cada contenedor individualmente. Para proteger el contenedor de una apertura no autorizada, se puede disponer un sello de seguridad en la empunadura, que se rompe automaticamente al abrir el contenedor. Todo el perfmetro de la tapa tiene una obturaci6n de silicona que garantiza la hermetizaci6n absoluta durante el proceso de esterilizaci6n y despues del mismo. EI soporte del filtro con junta de silicona integrada procura el asiento fijo y seguro del filtro (resistente a los germenes). EI cierre de seguridad del soporte del filtro posibilita el cambio del mismo rapidoy confortable.
